With more than 25 years of clinical experience and different specialties, I provide support that respects the globality of the person's experience.
I integrate a humanistic person-centered approach and positive psychology methods to activate my client's psycho-social and emotional resources in a respectful and caring attitude. I also incorporate the perspective of the impact of trauma on health and I am interested in the person's ability to achieve greater well-being and a deeper capacity for resilience following such events. My practice in clinical sexology allows me to address issues of sexual health and sexual agency from an inclusive and integrative perspective.
In the psychotherapeutic process, the contemplative approaches of Mindfulness and the Science of Yoga are sometimes suggested as complementary support to promote emotional self-regulation, mental stress reduction, self-acceptance and the practice of self-compassion.
As a dual national Spanish-Swiss, having lived in different countries and now working at United Nations in USA, I integrate a multi-cultural understanding into my clinical work.
Currently I only offer online sessions.
