Über mich
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist (registered in Switzerland) and clinical and counseling psychologist (registered in Australia), clinical supervisor, executive coach and leadership consultant with over 20 years' experience working in Australia, Israel and Switzerland. I've held senior clinical and leadership roles across hospital, government and community organizations, including establishing mental health services and staff wellbeing programs within organizations with global reach. My work is informed by evidence-based research and psychotherapeutic experience.

How can I help?I work with people experiencing a wide range of personal, relational and professional challenges including:

  • Mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression and responses to trauma
  • The psychological impact of medical conditions and treatments, particularly cancer
  • Life transitions such as adjusting to a new country, pregnancy and parenthood, changes in work or role, navigating illness, and grieving losses
  • Emotional difficulties including loneliness, anger, grievance, stress and low self-worth
  • Relationship, workplace and family-of-origin issues
For many people they need a space to pause, reflect, and explore who they are, what matters to them, and how they wish to live.

Alongside my clinical practice, I support leaders and organizations as an executive coach and leadership consultant.
