Supporting individuals to reconnect with their inner resources
Über mich
Working holistically, I see each person as a unique whole. Shaped by emotions, thoughts, experiences and inner stories. I’m deeply fascinated by how relationships form our identity, safety and sense of belonging. This naturally guides my work: helping clients build healthier and more conscious relationships with themselves and others.
I support children, adolescents and adults, offering individual sessions and comprehensive diagnostic assessments for ADHD and Autism Spectrum.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Carl Rogers’ humanistic philosophy, especially the belief in each person’s natural capacity for growth and healing. I create a space grounded in empathy, authenticity, and acceptance, where clients can safely explore their emotions and move toward meaningful change at their own pace. I see my role as helping them access the inner resources they already carry. I’m also inspired by Carl Gustav Jung’s psychodynamic perspective, particularly his understanding of the unconscious and the transformative power of people's relationships.
After completing my Master’s in Psychology at SWPS University in Poland, I moved to Switzerland. As an expat myself, I understand the emotional and cultural challenges of starting life in a new country and how important it is to feel understood and supported.
