I am a Swiss-recognized psychologist, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling, where I was trained in both psychological and social approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that we all long to feel we belong, that we matter, and that we’re capable of meaningful change, utilizing several skills (i.e. EFT, ACT, DBT, Integrative and Adlerian psychology philosophies).
