About me
I am a Swiss-recognized psychologist, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling, where I was trained in both psychological and social approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that we all long to feel we belong, that we matter, and that we’re capable of meaningful change. I utilize psychological tools and practicing skills in an integrative humanistic way (i.e. EFT, ACT, DBT, Relational psychology, and Adlerian psychology) that provide clients with a safe and ease feeling to work through difficult conversations.
