About me
In 2017, Alexandra left her beloved job in communications, her flat, and Switzerland to embark on a round-the-world trip that transformed her. From Bhutan to Colombia, via the Philippines and Easter Island, she took up diving. She discovered that the most enchanting wildl gardens are underwater. When returning home, she began a new journey toward her true calling: Psychology.
To begin her career change, Alexandra has been working in the psychosocial field since 2019, consolidating her experience in various settings, including residential care for people with mental health challenges and emergency shelter for children. Today, Alexandra is a FSP-certified psychologist, holding a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Fribourg. She is currently continuing her exploration of therapy with training in sexology.
Trained in the fundamentals of cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, nonviolent communication, mind-body techniques such as meditation, focus, and mindfulness, as well as motivational conversation, Alexandra can help you with the following needs:
– Diagnostic tests and interviews for the detection of giftedness, ADHD (and soon autisme)
– Support for stress management, emotional regulation, depression or anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, self-affirmation and assertiveness, and navigating daily life and social relationships with high-potential, ADHD, ASD, or other disorders; skills in couple and family relationships
– Support during painful experiences such as school bullying, burnout, boreout, feelings of repeated failure, job loss, long-term unemployment, mobbing, divorce/separation, bereavement, and psychological rehabilitation following a serious illness or accident
– Support during major transitions / career changes / identity, existential, and psycho-sexual fulfillment questions
Embark on one of the most healing journeys of your life, through self-understanding and the discovery of your potential.
