As a psychotherapist specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I tailor my approach to your needs, integrating other methods as well, like schema therapy and mindfulness. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe to be yourself, at your own pace. Inclusivity matters to me, amongst other themes regarding migration experiences and gender and sexual diversity. I like to provide exercises for you to train between sessions, as practicing regularly helps solidify new learnings and makes progress more sustainable.
