Aline Schnekenburger

 I’m Aline Schnekenburger, a perinatal psychologist and certified doula offering online support. As a member of the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP) and the Swiss Doula Association, I specialize in guiding mothers and fathers through the emotional journey of conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Using Systemic Family Therapy, I help address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to promote mental well-being, strengthen parent-child bonds, and empower families during this transformative phase, from the desire to have children through the second year postpartum.
