About me
I am a UK-trained clinical psychologist, recognised as a psychologist and psychotherapist here in Switzerland, who adopts an integrative, person-centered approach, combining psychological assessment, specialist interventions, and tailored therapeutic support across the lifespan. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and schema therapy, to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I work systemically and collaboratively with individuals, families, educational teams, and multidisciplinary partners to support well-being and personal development. My additional areas of focus include supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental and attachment difficulties, trauma, difficulties with feeling lost and stuck, and fostering professional growth through supervision and training.
