About me
My name is Anita, and I am a clinical psychologist holding a MAS in Psychotherapy from the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy. I have also completed a specialization in Health Psychology at the University of Fribourg, which has deepened my understanding of the close connections between mental and physical health.
My practice is grounded in an integrative, evidence-based approach. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, particularly through reconsolidation therapy, developed by Dr. Brunet and recognized by the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP). My professional background has enabled me to gain solid experience within psychiatric services, specialized clinics, and neurological rehabilitation centers, where I have worked with individuals presenting a wide range of psychological concerns, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) with humanistic and third-wave approaches, such as mindfulness, schema therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This integrative framework allows me to offer holistic, individualized care that respects each person’s unique pace and needs.
My passion for psychodermatology grew from a deep interest in the profound interactions between the skin and psychological well-being. This field now holds a central place in my clinical practice. I am committed to ongoing professional development in order to continually update and deepen my expertise in psychology, psychotherapy, and psychodermatology.
I would be delighted to support you on your journey toward emotional balance, greater self-understanding, and lasting well-being.
