Anouck Cogordan

As a systemic psychologist, psychotherapist and sexologist, I offer individual, couple and family counselling.
My therapeutic approach is based on the principles of systemic psychotherapy, focusing on the relational and emotional context using emotion-focused therapies and integrating concrete tools to provide support tailored to the issues at hand.

I have a post-graduate diploma in systemic psychotherapy and a Master's degree in clinical psychology, and have acquired solid experience working at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) on resistant depression, at the Belmont Clinic for eating disorders and addictions (emotional, sexual and substance dependency), as well as at ProJuventute and the Pluriels association for support with young people, their families and couples with bicultural challenges.

I know that consulting a psychologist or sexologist can be intimidating. My aim is to create a safe, caring space where you can move forward at your own pace, supported and understood.

At the Centre de la Côte, I offer :

Individual psychotherapy: for adolescents and adults (crises, existential issues, gender identity, sexuality).

Couple psychotherapy: for marital crises, sexual issues and/or difficulties, co-parenting.

Family psychotherapy: for family transitions, conflicts, rejection and isolation.

In Morges, Tuesdays and Thursdays
