Native English speaking Coaching Psychologist and People Professional using a solution- and strength-focused approach to manage transitions
About me
I help people navigate change successfully.
As a registered coaching psychologist in Switzerland (FSP, SSCP, EMCC) and strategic HR/People professional (CIPD), I have decades of practical work experience in international organizations (Cambridge University, International Baccalaureate schools, California State University) and with individuals. I am a certified parental transition coach and Strengthscope® practitioner, a BPS certified strengths assessment tool based on positive psychology. I approach my work systemically, with evidence-based methods, a commitment to excellence, and a heap of proactive, can-do energy.
My coaching style is supportive, empathic, and solution-focused with respectful challenging when appropriate. Coachees have described working with me as "helpful in directing self-realizations as to how I can achieve my goals and strengthen my drive" and as "an experience based on trust where I feel more confident in myself, my decisions, and my future path."
Additionally, I am an assessor for Cambridge International Education A-level Psychology exams and EMCC Global Accreditation for organizations and individuals.
My life and career transitions include living and working in three different countries (USA, UK, Switzerland), becoming a parent (using IVF-ICIS) to two boys, and navigating various job changes, e.g., marketing, communications, event planning, fundraising, community relations, and learning & organizational development.
My Strengthscope® Significant 7 strengths are: Common sense, Critical thinking, Efficiency, Empathy, Initiative, Leading, Self-improvement
All sessions conducted virtually online or over the telephone unless otherwise arranged. Visit my website to book a free 30 minute consultation.
