About me

My client-centered, culturally-informed approach reflects a profound appreciation for social and cultural discovery, self-knowledge, empowerment and the uniqueness of every individual; therefore, interventions are guided by what you are specifically needing and where you are in your life development.

My therapeutic orientation is Integrative, grounded in Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rogerian Person-Centered Therapy with integration of Health Psychology, Mindfulness Practices, Eco-therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Systemic Family Therapy approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hypnosis, Biofeedback, Trauma-Focused CBT, Personal and Professional Coaching, Psychoeducation and Relational approaches to elicit change and assist the individual and/or families in meeting their goals for growth, change and development.

My approach to therapy is informed not only by my training in Clinical Psychology and Positive Psychology but also my background in and passion for culture, yoga, meditation and philosophy – a blend that reflects the meaning and alignment of life.

Together we will create a truly individualized treatment plan based on you or your family’s unique needs and struggles.
