Specialist in post-traumatic reconstruction (growth, recovery), neurodiversity and inclusion
About me
It's often difficult to distinguish loss from crisis. Struggling through what you think is a crisis when it's already lost can be exhausting. But not fighting when the outcome is not yet decided, and investing the right resources in the right place, can make all the difference - that's the greatest strength of my support.
All trauma includes loss. Reconstructing after a traumatic loss (acute, chronic or complex) requires guidance towards self-compassion, sometimes a redefinition of new boundaries, sometimes a rethinking of habits and expectations, and often a quest for greater authenticity and simplicity. You can do it on your own, but if you're accompanied, you'll go further and perhaps even faster.
Finally, perhaps you've just received a neurodivergent assessment or diagnosis (ASD, ADD/ADHD, DYS, Hypersensitivity, HPI) and you need to see things more clearly, redefine yourself and perhaps also be heard in your workplace.
But you may also want/need to take stock of your emotional competencies (Emotional Quotient Assessment), do a personality test, a complete assessment of your (hyper)sensitivity. I can also help you with these questions.
