I am a psychologist graduate from the University of Fribourg and Jungian analyst in training at ISAP Zürich.
About me
My approach is person centred - integrative and includes diverse counselling perspectives and techniques such as cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, humanistic, psychodynamic / analytical and creative. I believe that in counselling there is no “one approach for all”, or as eloquently put by C.G. Jung: “the shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases”.
I have worked with clients of all ages, from different parts of the world and with a wide range of presentations. I speak English and Spanish bilingually and have a good grasp of Italian. I offer both in person and online sessions.
