My approach is person centred - integrative and includes diverse counselling perspectives and techniques such as cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, humanistic, creative and Jungian depth psychology as a trainee analyst at ISAP Zürich.
I have worked with clients of all ages, from different parts of the world and with a wide range of presentations. I speak English and Spanish bilingually and have a good grasp of Italian. I offer both in person and online sessions.
