Specialisation
I help exhausted moms find balance again. I also support women in reconnecting with themselves beyond daily roles.
About me
I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist with a Master’s degree and a specialization in parental burnout. I work with tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is passionate about helping parents restore balance, strengthen their resilience, and navigate the demands of family life with more ease and self-compassion. Having lived and worked in several countries, I bring a multicultural perspective and a calm, supportive presence to my work.
I mainly support moms who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or worn out in their day-to-day life. Together, we look for gentler and more sustainable ways to move forward in parenthood.
I also work with women who want to reconnect with themselves, rediscover what lights them up, and find their own space again—beyond everyday roles.
