Mein Angebot umfasst die psychotherapeutische Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. Ich arbeite mit einem integrativen Ansatz, der verschiedene therapeutische Vorgehensweisen (z.B. systemisch, psychodynamisch, verhaltenstherapeutisch, EMDR) vereint. So kann die Psychotherapie individuell auf die einzelne Person und das jeweilige familiäre und soziale Umfeld abgestimmt werden. Ich versuche dabei, an Stärken und Ressourcen anzuknüpfen, und lege grossen Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle therapeutische Beziehung. Gemeinsam können wir klären, welches die nächsten Entwicklungsschritte und Wege für ein glücklicheres und erfüllteres Leben sind.

My services include psychotherapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with an integrative approach that combines various therapeutic methods (e.g., systemic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR). This allows psychotherapy to be tailored to the individual person and their specific family and social environment.  I try to build on strengths and resources, and place great value on a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we can clarify what the next steps and paths are for a happier and more fulfilling life.
