Specialisation
Occupational psychologist focused on collaboration, processes & development – analytical, systemic, solution-oriented.
About me
Occupational and organizational psychologist with around 20 years of experience across various industries and roles in Switzerland and abroad, including public administration, insurance, construction, and food production.
In addition to a Master’s degree in Psychology (MSc UZH), I hold a postgraduate qualification (MAS in Coaching and Organizational Development, ZHAW IAP) as well as further training in psychopathology, psychiatric diagnostics, and emergency psychology. My focus is on people, collaboration, and processes in the context of high-reliability organizations, as well as on personnel selection and the development of individuals, teams, and organizations.
My approach is systemic, solution-oriented, structured, and human-centered. I work in an interdisciplinary way, value diverse perspectives, and place importance on openness, reflection, and respectful dialogue. I support people in their development and decision-making processes by providing space, impulses, and orientation, while direction and pace remain with the individual.
