About me
I am a person-centered psychotherapist whose professional path has developed across private practice, a range of institutional settings, and work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. I have worked with adults, young people, and expatriate or migrant clients facing transitions, emotional difficulties, or periods of vulnerability.
In my work, I place strong emphasis on cultural attunement, an authentic therapeutic presence, and the creation of a safe and reliable space in which each person can move forward at their own pace. I also pay close attention to the language used in therapy, offering sessions in French, English, or Arabic, so that clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural when exploring their lived experience.
