Specialisation
Clinical psychologist, I help young people and adults manage emotions, stress, self-esteem, and difficulties in studies, work, and relations
About me
I am a clinical psychologist with experience in supporting adolescents and young adults, helping them reintegrate into school, work, and social life. I have also expanded my background in the IT corporate sector, conducting training and skills assessments, where I have confronted dynamics of stress, burnout, and unemployment, gaining a practical understanding of these issues. This path has allowed me to develop a holistic approach, based on active listening and personalized strategies to promote well-being and psychological balance. I specialize in emotional and stress management, relational and family difficulties, as well as self-esteem development. My goal is to guide each person through a process of growth and resilience, enhancing their personal resources and fostering positive change. I offer psychological counseling and support both in-person and online.
I graduated in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Genoa, and I have worked in the neuropsychiatric field and as an educator in the school setting in Genoa and Milan. In January 2022, I moved to Switzerland to continue in the corporate sector. Recently, I completed Continuing Education Course in developmental disorders and mental health at the University of Lausanne.
