Specialisation
As a human, I accompany humans in getting to know, accept and love each single part of yourself.
About me
I am a human with an international upbringing, a focus on the present moment and a constructive, solution-oriented take on of the future world.
With a rich variety of professional experiences such as in the Personal and Organisational Development Department of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Department of Victims of War and Torture of the Red Cross at the University Hospital of Zürich, I have acquired an eclectic range of methods, such as, coaching, trauma therapy, cognitive-behaviour therapy, EMDR. And, I adore consistently learning more in order to accompany humans on their individual healing path.
It is important for me to accompanying people in building up their own tool-box of strategies, in order to be able to help themselves.
When we work together, we work in the present moment- essentially, the present moment is all that we have.
