About me
My strong interest in the human mind and people's life experiences prompted me to start studying psychology. Thus, I left Ticino, the region where I grew up, to enroll first at the University of Fribourg and then at the University of Lausanne, where I obtained my degree in Psychology with a focus on clinical psychology and psychopathology.
In the context of my work as a psychotherapist, I am convinced of the importance of offering the person who consults with an open, warm, and caring setting, allowing them to experiment and find within themselves the resources to overcome the difficulties they encounter. For me, psychological suffering is not necessarily an unpleasant symptom to be eliminated, but a voice to be listened to in order to understand what is needed to move towards well-being.
