I have a bachelor's degree in cognitive psychology and a master’s degree in work psychology. My academic path has given me the tools to understand people, teams, and organizations beyond my comfort zone, while my experiences in Spain, Switzerland, and Italy have shaped my ability to approach challenges with a culturally diverse perspective.

I offer individual sessions and corporate counseling services, available in English and Italian, to support personal and workplace well-being.
