About me
With a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, I am committed to offering my patients holistic and comprehensive care.
At Hi-Mind, my practice specializes in neuro-atypia, i.e. high potential, attention disorders, autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Therapy sessions can also focus on other issues arising from neuro-atypia, such as emotion regulation, stress, difficulties at school/work, relationship difficulties, etc.
My idea of being a psychologist is to help you progress towards a better understanding of yourself, through psychological assessments and tailor-made therapy, according to what suits you and enables you to achieve greater well-being. In terms of my therapeutic approach, my practice is integrative between cognitive-behavioral therapy - which aims to work on beliefs and behaviors - and humanistic therapies, such as emotion-focused therapy, which put the human being and emotional deepening at the heart of therapeutic work. I also offer outdoor sessions (walk-and-talk therapy) to combine the benefits of movement and walking in nature with therapy.
