About me
I am a psychologist (PhD) and support individuals in their work and personal lives during challenging phases. In addition, I work as a university lecturer at several universities. In my work, I combine scientifically grounded psychological methods with a clear and practical approach.
My professional experience includes psychological counselling and coaching. I primarily support individuals dealing with personal and professional crises, decision-making, leadership challenges, and processes of personal development. I work in a resource- and solution-oriented manner, using a structured, scientifically based counselling model developed as part of my doctoral research and proven in practice. Creating clarity, strengthening individual resources and fostering sustainable perspectives are central to my work.
