About me
I have undertaken a Masters in Psychology and Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from UK universities. Whilst my psychotherapy training is integrative, I lean towards an existential modality, acknowledging the challenges all humans face and the capacity for self-awareness and freedom to make choices that align with your values. My approach is collaborative and explorative; to understand your fears, concerns, and wishes. And support you to make choices and changes in life that are both empowering, and align with your authentic self.
