About me
There are oftemtimes no easy solutions for difficult life situations. I support you to chose and walk new paths, scientifically based and centered on action. My psychotherapy is problem-oriented, and focused on change and the future. It happens in the Here and Now. Only if you notice what is happening currently are you able to interfere, and who can interfere can then change. Who can change is then able to have new experiences.
My goal for psychotherapy is to broaden your possibilities for action and collecting new experiences, and improve flexibility and composure when faced with challenges.
Education:
Psychology Bachelors and Masters in Basel
Therapist training at FAVT (Freiburger Ausbildungsinstitut für Verhaltenstherapie)
Additional certification as an IPT therapist (interpersonal therapy)
Work experience
-working as a therapist since 2015
-parttime: own practice since 2022
-psychologist in an in-patient private psychiatry hospital since 2015, currently PTSD-Team, deputy head psychologist
-2017 part-time psychosomatic rehabilitiation
-2018-2020 part-time in psychotherapy practice and university out-patient departement
-occasional lectures for professionals since 2020
