I have been fascinated by top sporting performance since I was a child. I increasingly realised the importance of mental skills and character traits in competitive situations. And I decided to fully immerse myself in this subject as a student. Today, as a qualified psychologist, sports mental trainer and sports hypnosis coach, I am able to carefully pass on my knowledge to individual and team athletes of different ages and abilities. I am committed to offering mental training not only in competitive and elite sport, but also to establishing it in junior and popular sport. In doing so, I have the privilege of working with great clubs, youth academies and talent classes.  Whether as a young up-and-coming talent, an experienced top athlete or a curious recreational athlete, my clients work on their inner strength, learn customised mental techniques and, not least, enable themselves to develop their full potential. I attach great importance to a cause-orientated approach with the aim of sustainable personal development.
