About me
Ich verfolge einen wissenschaftlich fundierten, zielorientierten und effizienten psychotherapeutischen Prozess. Je nach Auftrag und Zielsetzung setzte ich ein breites integratives Repertoire an therapeutischen Interventionsmethoden ein. U.a. Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie, emotionsfokussierte Psychotherapie, Lösungsorientierte Therapie, mit Achtsamkeits-, Entspannungs- und Hypnotherapeutische Verfahren und weitere Interventionen zur Aufarbeitung individueller Traumata. Psychotraumatologie ist eine Spezialisierung. Coaching in komplexen arbeitstechnischen Belangen und anderen Feldern der Hochleistung sind ebenfalls möglich.
