Support in activating resources & personal growth
About me
I call it "Le Déversoir" ...
A welcoming place, where everything can be said and heard. A place where you have the right to be yourself, completely and serenely. A space to reflect, together, on what your heart needs....
This is the place where I welcome you.
I am an FSP psychologist, specializing in psychosocial support, multicultural community care, and stabilization of multiple traumas. Working with people in highly precarious situations has convinced me of the power of listening with your heart. This principle guides my care, during which I question what is happening and what is going on within oneself, in the moment and in the present. In order to offer an integrative approach tailored to each individual, I also suggest exercises to do at home, work on thoughts and behaviors, and relaxation techniques.
My approach is solution-focused and centered on activating the resources inherent in each individual.
My space is open to individuals from all walks of life who wish to pursue personal growth by drawing on a caring connection that reconnects them to their heart and body.
My background : After completing my university education, I trained in Integrative Community Therapy. I developed my psychosocial tools in Switzerland (helping victims of violence, promoting health, working with people from migrant backgrounds), then in Greece as part of a volunteer mission. I then flew to the Indian Ocean, where I worked for almost two years with multicultural populations in extreme poverty. I am back in Switzerland with the desire to bring compassion and "heart" to places where the connection with oneself and others has sometimes become difficult.
I believe that while each story is unique and individual, the emotions that accompany it are shared and common to all. In my opinion, we can always find ourselves in what others have experienced in their hearts.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
I look forward to meeting you!
