About me
In this constantly evolving world in which we live, well-being and emotional balance are important for a harmonious functioning of oneself. If you are looking for a specific intervention, if you have doubts, questions or simply need an empathic listening, I offer you a respectful space where you can find your own solutions, your search for meaning, reflect and be yourself. Remember: each person is unique and irreplaceable.
My professional experience with teenagers and adults has enabled me to familiarize myself with a wide range of issues: anxiety and phobias, stress management, bereavement, exile and uprooting, cultural shock and adaptation, post-traumatic stress (road accidents, industrial accidents, domestic and family violence, etc.). These are all issues I encounter in counseling and therapy. I have been trained in various psychological approaches and techniques, which I use according to each person's particular needs.
I am also certified by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ), Canada, and by the Viktor Frankl International Association for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, Vienna.
I follow professional training courses to keep up to date with the latest scientific advances, therapeutic interventions and psychological techniques.
DIPLOMAS AND FURTHER TRAINING:
Lic. in Clinical Psychology (recognized by the Psychology Professions Commission in Switzerland),
Certification in existential analysis and logotherapy,
Further training in emotion-focused therapy
