About me
As a Sensorimotor Psychotherapist my work is grounded in and informed by modern interpersonal & neurobiological psychological wisdom of the Polyvagal Theory. I combine skillful talk therapy with mindfulness, the memory, wisdom of the body, & breath, and body awareness. My clients come from all walks of life and vary in their needs . PTSD & developmental wounds, low self esteem relational probs, stress.My work is rooted in and informed by Sensorimotor psychotherapy - a body informed psychotherapy and trauma treatment . I offer a safe space and flexible, clear, collaborative support and therapy . Helping clients to increase confidence in skill and self regulation and understand and work on the root cause of their difficulties process,recover & heal.
