Specialisation
Psychologist with a sensitive focus on inner processes, migration, and the mind–body connection. Calm, empathetic, and approachable.
About me
I am a psychologist with a recognized master’s degree in Psychology from Fundación Universitaria Tecnológico Comfenalco. My professional interests focus on migration and identity, stress, and the connection between body and mind.
I work with adults and young adults, particularly people with a migration background and expats who are going through transitional phases or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences are acknowledged and explored.
Although I am at the beginning of my professional journey, I work with care, reflection, and genuine curiosity about each person’s individual story. My goal is to support clarity, strengthen inner resources, and open up new perspectives together.
