Nicole Iselin

My passion lies in providing empathetic guidance to children, adolescents, and their companions in both family and professional settings, focusing on individual developmental paths. Holding a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland (equivalent to a Master of Advanced Studies), my academic background forms the foundation. Through continuous professional development, I consistently update and deepen my knowledge. Recently, as a course instructor, I offer MYmind - Mindfulness training for children/adolescents with ADHD/ASD and their parents. With nearly 15 years of experience as a school psychologist, I bring extensive expertise, particularly in areas such as ADHD, concentration difficulties, self-esteem enhancement, and stress coping strategies. Engaging in regular collaboration with paediatricians and child and adolescent psychiatrists, I integrate psychological approaches with medical aspects, especially in the context of ADHD and medication. My interventions are characterized by innovative, evidence-based counselling methods, including systemic-solution-oriented concepts, Positive Psychology, and elements from behavioural therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices.
