About me
Have overwhelming events of the past marked your relationships with yourself and the world? Does your present life context trigger difficult emotional reactions, interpersonal or professional challenges? Do you suffer from lingering mental health issues and want to improve your wellbeing? Therapy can provide a safe transformational opportunity to explore and heal what is difficult in your life.

My role is to offer you a confidential and non-judgmental space for understanding, processing and learning how to manage unresolved, often conflicting feelings, thoughts and actions which impact quality of your life and relationships.I'm Dr. Olesya Ovchinnikova, a psychologist specialised in various somatic and trauma therapy approaches. I am a member of the Federation of Swiss Psychologists and the European Association for Body Psychotherapy.
My approach emphasizes that our being and deep patterns of behaviour are held in the body. I'm trained in Bodynamic Somatic Psychotherapy and Analysis System (Amsterdam, Netherlands), as well as at Chiron Association for Body Psychotherapists (London, UK).  I'm also skilled in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, Relational Trauma TherapySomatic Trauma Therapy, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy.I am as well trained in   Brainspotting  and  Deep Brain Reorienting, innovative, highly effective, brain-based trauma-informed therapies.
