Specialisation
I accompany people through crises, transitions, and longer developmental journeys – with heart, humor, and the courage to explore new paths.
About me
In my work, I support adults through various stages of life – whether they are facing acute crises, living with chronic illnesses, or undergoing longer-term developmental processes. Sometimes what is needed are practical impulses, sometimes space for deeper questions and the search for meaning – I work in a needs-oriented way, focusing on what is helpful in the moment.
I use a variety of methods: elements of Analytical Psychology, mindfulness, guided imagery, psychoeducation, and resource-oriented approaches.
It is important to me that people are given the space to unfold – at their own pace and in their own way. I want to encourage people to try new things, take responsibility for themselves, and strengthen their inner resources. Patience, respect for the unconscious, and a deep conviction that growth is possible even in difficult times are central to my approach – the path may not be short and is often far from easy, but it is always worthwhile.
My professional background:
After completing a commercial apprenticeship and vocational baccalaureate, I obtained my general university entrance qualification for adults and went on to study psychology (Bachelor’s and Master’s) at the University of Zurich. I currently work in a psychotherapeutic practice as well as on a crisis intervention ward in a psychiatric clinic. In addition, I am in advanced training to become a psychotherapist in Analytical Psychotherapy at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich.
