About me
In my private practice (Psy chez moi), I offer systemic couples and family therapy, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). For individual follow-ups, I work with an integrative, person-centred approach.
Trained in integrative and affective clinical psychology at the University of Geneva, I built solid experience in systemic couples and family therapy in private practice, before broadening my background through clinical and hospital settings (addiction, psychopathological disorders) and work as a responder on a psychological helpline. These experiences shape my practice today, having taught me to hold human complexity with both rigour and compassion.
My philosophy: co-constructing change at your own pace, by mobilising your inner resources toward lasting well-being.
