About me
As a body integrated psychotherapist also trained in EMDR, CBT and ACT I use these approaches to work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, acculturation issues, identity development and stress management. I enjoy leading groups and workshops in these areas, and am part of therapeutic practice providing a wide range of services for English-Speaking clients living in Switzerland.
