About me
I co-founded an English-Speaking therapeutic practice (C2). We provide services for clients from a wide range of backgrounds and believe in the importance of the contextual influences on mental health. I use body focused psychotherapy, combined with CBT (Cognitive Behavorial Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) in my work with clients on a range of issues, such as anxiety, trauma (shock, attachment and intergenerational), stress, loss, cultural adjustment, eating and body-image problems and Attention Deficit Disorder. I also provide in-person and virtual support groups and therapy groups.
