About me
I am a federally recognised psychotherapist (FSP) with my own practice for psychotherapy and coaching. As a mother of two children and anchored in an international, multilingual environment, I bring a variety of life and relationship experiences to my work in addition to my professional qualifications. I accompany adults, young adults/adolescents as well as couples in challenging life, relationship and transition situations.
My therapeutic work is systemic and resource-oriented. The person is always considered in the context of his personal, family and professional environment. An appreciative, clear and sustainable therapeutic relationship forms the basis for sustainable change processes. I work in a structured way, at eye level and with the aim of strengthening self-efficacy and opening up new scope for action.
I work in three languages and continuously educate myself in order to organise my work in a technically well-founded manner and with the current state of research. In addition to my practical work, I work as a freelance lecturer in psychopathology.
