About me
Formée à l'approche systémique, je considère l'individu dans son contexte familial historique et social. Ma formation en hypnose thérapeutique a élargi les outils que je peux proposer. Soucieuse d'inscrire le corps dans le champ thérapeutique et parfois le réconcilier avec l'esprit, je suis formée à la Somatic Experiencing et SOMA Embodiement, approches psychocorporelles du traitement des traumatismes. Mon approche s'axe à retrouver un sentiment de cohérence entre l'esprit, les émotions et le corps.
