Specialisation
Together, we will understand experiences, examine thoughts, and manage emotions through dynamic, creative, and caring exchanges.
About me
Experienced in several therapy modalities, my PhD afforded me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and skills in different approaches, notably, Impact Therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. These are active, creative, and multisensory approaches used to respond your need to make changes in your life. My post-doc years in career counseling at UNIL emphasized the importance of leveraging adaptability and finding personal balance in both private and professional matters.
We will co-construct a personal approach to address your worries and concerns based on Aderlian, systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and transactional analysis theories. I am prepared to help you face potentially traumatic experiences that have been punctual or brought on by the accumulation of several critical events in your life.
I am also available for supervision in psychotherapy (on topics such as psychological trauma, sexual abuse, child and adolescent therapy, or parenting approaches), in psychological crisis-intervention situations, in play therapy, and in art therapy.I look forward to working with you.
Therapeutic approaches:
- Impact Therapy from Dr. Ed Jacobs
- Play therapy(theoretical orientations: Adlerian, humanist, and systemic)
- Creative arts (for ex., sand, clay, drawing, and painting)
- Trauma and grief treatment (for ex., David Finkelhor; Judith Herman; Bessel van der Kolk)
