Specialisation
Life has its ups and downs. In the lows, it's easy to feel lost or disconnected - but you don't have to face those moments alone.
About me
With more than ten years of experience, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you rediscover balance, embrace yourself fully, and move forward with confidence.
My integrative approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ego-State and Resource Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – creating a space where resilience, clarity, and inner strength can grow.
As an international therapist fluent in English and German, I specialize in supporting both local residents and the expat community in Switzerland.
Professional Credentials
- Licensed Psychotherapist (FSP)
- Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, University of Zurich, Switzerland
- Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, University of Bern, Switzerland
- Master of Science in Psychology, University of Zurich, Switzerland
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology, York University, Canada
The path that led me to supporting others
My journey into psychotherapy began with my studies at York University in Toronto and the University of Zurich, followed by a PhD in Developmental Psychology at the University of Bern.
Over the years, I've worked in various therapeutic fields in Zurich, including forensic psychology, gaining extensive clinical experience across different settings. I refined my therapheutic approch during a postgraduate education in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Behavioral Medicine from the University of Zurich. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather a collaborative process that honors each person's unique story.
