About me
I am an integrative psychotherapist as I believe that it is my role as a therapist to find the best individual approach for everyone who comes to see me. My main approach is psychodynamic, but I use other theories such as, person-centred, attachment based, trauma informed and systemic to inform my thinking. I also use art and play in my work with all ages, when appropriate, as the right words can often be difficult to find and verbalise. I have extensive experience of working individually or in groups with children, adolescents and adults (parents) in school settings. I apply systemic thinking and promotes early intervention and prevention with the wellbeing of the whole family in mind.
