Doctor of Psychology and psychologist-coach FSP, specialized in personal development, emotions, motivation and leadership. I graduated a PhD in Psychology from the University of Geneva, for which I was awarded the Doc.CH grant from the Swiss National Foundation for Science.
I have gained valuable knowledge through my academic and professional career, through scientific research and practical analysis, but also through my life experience and personal development. As I believe it's important to draw knowledge from different places, I've worked at Stanford University, the Swiss Center for Affective Science, the Geneva Motivation Lab and the National University of Singapore.
Keen to share my experience and knowledge to help others on their path, I teach at Swiss universities and at a European business school (for BBA, MBA and EMBA programs). My teaching focuses on leadership and emotional intelligence, organizational behavior, intercultural management and consumer behavior.
