About me
My approach to psychosocial counseling is inspired by Client-Centered Therapy, Logotherapy and Positive Psychology. My counseling services are grounded in my training in “Educational Psychology and Counseling”, followed by several further trainings, including youth coaching and grief counseling. Working together with students in an international boarding school for several years has deepened my appreciation for self-awareness, emotional regulation, empowerment and cultural awareness.
