About me
Clinical psychologist (MSc, University of Lausanne) and sexologist.
My background includes four years as a research assistant at UNIL focused on ADHD and maladaptive daydreaming, alongside freelance practice in Mauritius and experience in addiction and prevention work.
My approach is integrative: I combine classical CBT with contemporary ACT methods, in a warm and non-judgmental setting. I'm also trained in narrative therapy and in feminist, inclusive psycho-sexology.
I'm particularly drawn to neurodivergence (ADHD, maladaptive daydreaming), sexology, and non-conventional relationship styles (polyamory, open relationships…).
Sessions available in French, English, or Mauritian Creole.
