About me
After earning a degree in health psychology from the University of Lausanne in 2019, I worked with various vulnerable populations in the fields of addiction and humanitarian work. My therapeutic approach is based on person-centered therapy. Additionally trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and sound healing, I sometimes use tuning forks and singing bowls to help clients enter a transe state. A deep interest in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and psychology also inspires my practice, particularly through the integration of meditation techniques into sessions.
Fluent in French, English, Chinese Mandarin, and Cantonese, I am happy to support my clients with empathy and compassion.
I practice as an assistant psychotherapist in Peseux at La Consultation SA every Tuesday to Thursday. Sessions are covered by LAMal and some complementary health insurances.
However, sessions at my private practice at Source de Gaïa are not covered by the basic insurance. Some complementary health insurances may reimburse part of the cost, but it is recommended to check directly with your insurer.
