A safe space to let go of worries, try new experiences, and find more ease step by step.
About me
As a psychotherapist specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy, I mainly work with children, adolescents, and young adults. My goal is to create a safe space where young people can build trust, talk openly about difficult topics, and gradually gain new experiences. A particular focus lies on connecting therapy with everyday life: through practical exercises outside the sessions, changes can be tested and sustainably reinforced.
I began working with young people already during my psychology studies. This sparked my interest in psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, leading me to pursue advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy. In parallel, I completed a doctorate in the field of eating disorders in young people as well as an additional trainer license for the treatment of obesity. Since the beginning of 2024, I have been working as a federally recognized psychotherapist at the outpatient clinic for children, adolescents, and young adults at the University of Bern.
