Virginie Poulin

With extensive experience as a senior executive, I have learned to navigate complex environments and identify the levers that balance professional and personal life.
After completing a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology at the University of Lausanne, I am currently specializing in cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal psychotherapy in Bern.
I support my patients in my Practice and at the Valais Hospital (oncology, eating disorders, geriatrics), using scientifically validated tools.

My areas of interest include the integration and well-being of neurodivergent people in the workplace, as well as supporting executives before, during, and after a temporarily disabling illness (cancer, burnout).

My approach is pragmatic, humane, and solution-oriented.
