About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist in Zurich with Finnish roots. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology and another in Comparative Religious Studies. My professional career has taken me through various countries, including Finland, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, allowing me to gain a broad spectrum of cultural and therapeutic experiences.In her practice, I focus on treating trauma, burnout, depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship problems. I combine various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, and systemic couples therapy to address the individual needs of my clients.Nature, culture, reading, relationships, and exercise are central sources of strength in my life. In my therapeutic work, I place great value on client-centeredness and a trusting relationship. I sensitively accompany people in German, English, and Finnish on their path to greater clarity, stability, and inner balance.
